Protection of Property and Individuals
On this site, the owner only collects personal information about users for the purposes of certain services offered by the site (in particular the contact and quote request forms). Users provide this information knowingly, in particular when they enter it themselves. Users are informed whether providing such information is mandatory.
In accordance with articles 38 et seq. of French Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files and civil liberties, every user has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to personal data concerning them. To exercise this right, send your request
by email or by written, signed request, accompanied by a copy of an identity document bearing the signature of its holder, specifying the address to which the reply should be sent.
No personal information about site users is published without their knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold in any form to third parties. Only in the event of the site and its rights being purchased could such information be transferred to the potential buyer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation regarding the retention and modification of data with respect to the site's users.
Databases are protected under the French law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9 of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
Hyperlinks and Cookies
The site may contain hyperlinks to other websites over which it has no control. Despite prior and regular checks carried out by the publisher, it disclaims all liability for the content that may be found on these sites.
The publisher authorises the creation of hyperlinks to any page or document on its site, provided that such links are not created for commercial or advertising purposes.
Furthermore, prior notice to the site's publisher is required before creating any hyperlink.
Sites disseminating unlawful, violent, controversial, pornographic, xenophobic or racist information, or content likely to offend the sensitivities of the majority, are excluded from this authorisation.

A. Personal Data of Minors
In accordance with Article 8 of European Regulation 2016/679 and the French Data Protection Act, only minors aged 15 or over may consent to the processing of their personal data. If the user is a minor under 15, the consent of a legal representative will be required for personal data to be collected and processed.
B. User Rights and How to Exercise Them
In accordance with the regulations governing the processing of personal data, Users have the rights listed below.
For the data controller to grant their request, the user must provide their first and last name and their email address.
a. Right of Access, Rectification and Erasure
Users may view, update, modify or request the deletion of data concerning them by sending an email.
b. Right to Data Portability
Users have the right to request the portability of their personal data held by the site to another site, by sending an email.
c. Right to Restriction and Objection to Data Processing
Finally, Users have the right to request the restriction of, or to object to, the processing of their data by the site, and the site cannot refuse unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override the interests, rights and freedoms of the User.
d. Right to Determine the Fate of Data After Death
Users are reminded that they may specify what should happen to their collected and processed data in the event of their death, in accordance with French Law n°2016-1321 of 7 October 2016.
e. Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority
If the data controller decides not to respond to a User's request, and the User wishes to challenge this decision, they are entitled to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French Data Protection Authority, https://www.cnil.fr) or any competent court.
C. Obligations of the Data Controller
The data controller undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to disclose it to third parties without informing the user, and to comply with the purposes for which the data was collected.
Furthermore, the data controller undertakes to notify the user in the event of rectification or deletion of data, unless this would involve disproportionate formalities, costs or effort.
Should the integrity, confidentiality or security of a User's personal data be compromised, the data controller undertakes to inform the User by any means.
D. Cookies
The site may use "cookies" to process statistics and traffic information, facilitate browsing and improve the service for user comfort. Where the use of "cookie" files involves the storage and analysis of personal data, the user's consent is required.
This User consent is considered valid for a maximum of 13 (thirteen) months. After this period, the site will again request the user's authorisation to store "cookie" files on their hard drive.
a. User Objection to the Site's Use of "Cookie" Files
Users are informed that they may object to the storage of these "cookies" by configuring their browser settings.
Should the user choose to disable "cookie" files, they may continue browsing the site. However, any malfunction of the site caused by this action cannot be considered the responsibility of the site's Publisher.
b. Description of "Cookie" Files Used by the Site
The site's Publisher draws Users' attention to the fact that technical cookies necessary for browsing are used during their visit.
In addition, the site may include social media buttons, allowing Users to share their activity on the site. "Cookie" files from these social networks may therefore be stored on the user's computer when using these features.
